chicken sausage,, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds

yellow onion

Mushrooms

Mini Golden potatoes

Zucchini

tablespoons
Vegetable oil or olive oil
1
teaspoon
dried thyme
1
teaspoon
Red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Wash and chop all your desired vegetables
Chop your chicken sausage
Mix the vegetables and chicken sausage into the baking pan
Add the spices (dried thyme and red pepper flakes)
Drizzle with vegetable oil (or preferred oil) give it a good mix
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, tossing halfway through baking.
Notes
You can add whatever vegetables you enjoy. Ideas: Sweet potatoes, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, etc.
