One Pan Chicken Sausage with Roasted Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 9 ounces chicken sausage,, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 6 Mushrooms
  • 8 Mini Golden potatoes
  • 2 Zucchini
  • tablespoons Vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Wash and chop all your desired vegetables
  • Chop your chicken sausage
  • Mix the vegetables and chicken sausage into the baking pan
  • Add the spices (dried thyme and red pepper flakes)
  • Drizzle with vegetable oil (or preferred oil) give it a good mix
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, tossing halfway through baking. 

Notes

You can add whatever vegetables you enjoy. Ideas: Sweet potatoes, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, etc.
