It is so well known that converse are so versatile that they work with almost any casual outfit. There’s so much to talk about when it comes to how to style converse, given that there are so many different styles, cuts, and colors of converse. In this post, I will specifically focus on how to style white high top converse for fall. The main thing about these converse are the stripes on them, the blue and red stripes so that is what we need to center our looks on.
Maroon Top
In the converse there is a little maroon-ish red stripe which makes me immediately want to pair it with a maroon top. Whether it is a maroon T-Shirt or a sweater, both work and it is perfect with denim. You can pair it with denim jeans or with black jeans and a denim jacket for the cooler days. I also absolute adore high top converse with a circle skirt so definitely give that a try as well, but if circle skirts aren’t your thing you can also style it with a body con skirt, which gives the looks a bit of an edgy vibe.
Striped Top
A striped top is an obvious classic so I had to spice it up with the jackets in this one. Both the denim jacket and the army green jacket are pair perfectly with this. For a slightly edgier look you can do a leather jacket.
White Top
A white top is a blank canvas the way you style this is crucial. For me I like simplicity in my style so I chose to pair it with denim (blue or black work), a maroon cardigan and a plaid scarf to tie the look together. I also like the corduroy skirt look so definitely can pair high top converse with a corduroy skirt.
Pink Sweater
Keeping it quite simple with a pink oversized pullover and leggings. This just gives an overall cute and casual look.
Red Flannel
Sticking with the cute and casual. We have a red flannel over leggings look. The red ties well with the red on the converse and this overall just gives a very lax vibe. If you want to wear it less casually replace the leggings with black jeans.
Chambray Top
If you can’t tell I love styling chambray tops. In this case I styled it quite simply with black jeans, and if you want to elevate it a bit more you can throw over a white sweater peaking out the collars of the chambray. The chambray ties really well with the blue stripe in the sneaks!
